- Venice is full of light and colour
and I've used background colours
of glitter-acrylic yellows and
oranges and golds applied with
special loaded brush-handles.
The accent colour of iridescent
green for the bridge provides a
stark contrast to the warm
background, making this a very
peaceful, harmonious scene of a
gondolier slowly swishing through
the waters under the bridge.
